Train with Me - Taster Session
£35 per session
Join me on one of my own training sessions where we can train, get to know each other and discuss the principles of keeping fit and healthy whilst working out. My training sessions last approximately one and a half hours, and are more suited to those of you who have a prior knowledge and already train but want a little help and motivation. I generally train during the day and focus on isolated muscles in each session. If you are interested, please give me a call to find out what day and time I am training to see if it’s convenient for you.
One to One Personal Training
£40.00 per session
A One to One personal training session lasting a minimum of 1 hour.
Personal Training for Two People
£55.00 per session
Why not train with a friend or your partner and split the cost?
A tailor-made 8 week nutrition plan. This includes an initial half an hour consultation to discuss your dietary requirements and all aspects of the plan. After 4 weeks, a second half an hour consultation will be arranged to assess progress and make any adjustments as required.
A tailor-made 8 week training plan. This includes an initial half an hour consultation where we will go through the training plan and I will demonstrate the exercises in the gym. After 4 weeks a follow up consultation session will be arranged to implement any alterations to the programme as required.

Silver Package for Two People
To include 5 PT sessions lasting a minimum of 1 hour per session.
To include an 8 week tailor-made Training and Nutrition plan, with 5 One to One personal training sessions.

Gold Package for Two People
To include 10 PT sessions lasting a minimum of 1 hour per session, for 2 people.
To include an 8 week tailor-made Training and Nutrition plan with 10 one to one personal training sessions.
Online Coaching Package
To include a 6 week tailor-made Training Programme and Nutrition Plan. This will be sent via email and include free online weekly chec- ins. Weekly check-ins help me to keep track of where you are in your programme and help me to support you and keep you focused! We can discuss your programme and nutrition, and make any alterations if required. We will look at motivation or how to overcome any difficulties that have arisen. This package is ideal for those of you wanting to train alone, or wanting to prep for an event.
